Ashourina Hanna | Operations Manager

Ashourina is responsible for managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment to ensure that all systems and procedures run smoothly. Since joining the Hanna Group in 2014, she has led the team through a successful and transformational period of explosive growth and expansion, ultimately leading The Hanna Group to becoming the #1 real estate group in San Jose. She holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.


Denise Lamirato | Marketing Manager

Denise is a licensed real estate agent and oversees the creation and implementation of all marketing initiatives for The Hanna Group. She began her real estate career in 1990 and brings over 25 years of sales, marketing and business development experience to the team and our clients. Denise has since enjoyed a long career blending her passions of helping clients with their real estate buying and selling goals while simultaneously bringing creative ideas to life. She holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor's Degree in Media Production and Communications from San Jose State University.


Jessica Olivas | Executive Buyer’s Coordinator

Jessica is a licensed real estate agent and is an indispensable member of our team. Jessica provides our buyers division the support to create an environment where client satisfaction is our highest priority. She offers the ability to anticipate and prioritize the client and team needs to ensure a smooth sales transaction. Sushanta Bhandarkar | Senior Partner Agent

Regina holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering and Master’s Degree in Engineering Management. While working at IBM, Regina has earned PMP credential which has helped her lead large million dollar projects. Over the last 15 years at IBM, Regina had roles ranging from technical to release management to management. Nini Tsai | Partner Agent

Nini worked in various hi-tech companies in the Bay Area since 2000 after earning her Bachelor's Degree in Business while living in Canada. Being a homeowner and investor herself, she understands the needs of both homeowners and real estate investors and is dedicated to serving her clients with knowledge and integrity. Kevin Jacob | Transaction Coordinator

Kevin became intrigued with the real estate industry after purchasing his first home in San Jose at a young age. With a diverse background that offers over a decade of experience in Real Estate, Securities and Mental Health, Kevin is a driven, self-motivated team member that is dedicated to ensuring every transaction gets processed efficiently. His passion to help people, his focus on excellence and his impeccable organizational skills are what brought him to The Hanna Group family. As a Certified Transaction Coordinator and with a part in every phase of the transaction, he acts as a liaison between agents, buyers, sellers, and every other party involved in transacting Real Estate. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University.
